Add a CommentA first book from this writer from Hackney, London. Two characters recount their memories of a past event. Recommended.
Some of the characters were not quite believable to me - but I was certainly engaged in the story. Loved how the author used food throughout the book to immerse us in the culture. Booker Longlist 2011
