As a Registered Dietitian and active member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, I highly recommend this book. The Mayo Clinic remains one of the foremost authorities in health care and this book brilliantly outlines the critical habits of weight loss and weight management. It is clearly written, easy to read and includes practical help.
