This book had no right to make me cry on vacation.

But actually, it was really beautiful and a pleasure to read. I love verse novels, and I think this one did a good job at getting a depth of character and story (especially with a more medical topic) without feeling limited by the verse structure. I got very invested very quickly, and I was deeply saddened when it was over. I love books that focus on diverse perspectives, and this really made me think about a way of life I hadn't considered before.

This book was phenomenal from start to finish. To begin, the plot is extremely original. I have never read a book about conjoined twins. This book brings awareness to how easily we label and judge others. As many characters look down on the sisters in the book before they take the time to get to know them. In addition, this novel is written in free verse, which makes it quite unique. At first glance, I did not think I would enjoy this style. However, I got used to it quickly and it is absolutely perfect for this novel; I could not imagine it written in any other way. I highly suggest this book to all teens and young adults looking for a quick, heartwarming read. Rating: 5/5

This is a lovely story about two teenage sisters who are also conjoined twins. We learn all about their lives as well as some of the struggles their family copes with. This book is written in free verse which makes it a quick and casual read. It is a very touching story and would be good for anyone who enjoys a book that can tug at their heartstrings.

Most upsetting and Happy book I have ever read, you really should grabs some tissues before you get to the end. I am a twin and separation is different for everyone whether you are conjoined or not. Very emotional book, But I LOVE IT!!

Fast read and a good one! The one feels real as you are reading it.

Well-written, but a fast read in free verse. Sad, poignant, and genuine, offering a credible voice to what it would feel to be a conjoined twin in shared bodies. Grab your tissue.

Well written, fast read. At first I was put off by the free verse formatting of the book. But I gave it a chance and wound up finishing it in a night. It's very sweet and powerful. The author put a lot of research into the lives of conjoined twins and it shows and brings a very real voice to them.

A beautiful, poignant story told in a convincingly teen voice (and in free verse which totally works and isn't annoying!) that speaks of being different, of falling in love, and of family. Both teens and adults should read this book.
