This film is truly amazing. BC is perfect as Doctor Strange. Also, the special effects were some of the best I've ever seen.

I love every bit of this movie. Minimal language, an exciting storyline, and AMAZING special effects had me on the edge of my seat! There was so much in the movie, and everything about it rocks. By far one of my favorite movies in the MCU!

Story is pretty routine, but Bendeict Cumberbatch and the visuals set it apart in the MCU. I've seen it about three times and enjoy it each time.

I've found over time that I tend towards this movie when I'm just looking for something casual to watch over all the other Marvel universe films. I connected with it more than I realized I would and enjoy the humor in it. Anyway, Wong is my librarian hero.

I didn't know about Dr Strange until this movie and I really, really like this movie. Everything about it is fantastic. When I first saw Benedict Cumberbatch's name in the lead role, the first thought that popped into my head was '...really?...are you serious?...he's not a superhero kind of guy...' but Cumberbatch was super great. He WAS and IS Dr Strange. He was awesome in this role.

The supporting cast, storyline, actions, special effects, how the character evolves and everything about this movie was really enjoyable. You don't need to know about Dr Strange to get this movie. This movie will introduce Dr Strange to everyone and then get everyone to like Dr Strange.

The creativity that goes into this movie's story, concept and directing were excellent. I wish The Academy has a special categories for Best Action Movie and Best Superhero movie. This one would win; or at least be nominated.

You want a fun movie with good acting and directing, watch Dr Strange. Then you can be like me...secretly wish that we have the same super power as Dr Strange. (I wonder if Amazon sells that cape he has...)

The first time I watched this I though it was as good as most Marvel movies. But as I thought about the story, in particular the climax of the main character's transition from unwilling hero to complete self given hero, and as I've seen in again since this, I think this is the best written and directed movie of the whole series (although I don't know anything can compare to Infinity War.)

Absolutely love this movie.

The weird world of Doctor Strange is full of psychedelic mysticism and a I was worried a cohesive story would get lost in the weirdness but no, the film takes a mind-bending premise and executes it in a really entertaining way! My only quibble: Benedict Cumberbatch's American accent. He's a tremendous actor but man oh man, what I wouldn't give for the filmmakers to bend the fact that Dr. Stephen Strange is American and let Mr. Cumberbatch unleash his dulcet British accented tones.

Tons of quotes already populated in IMDb as this one:

The Ancient One: You think you know how the world works? You think that this material universe is all there is? What is real? What mysteries lie beyond the reach of your senses? At the root of existence, mind and matter meet. Thoughts form reality. This universe is only one of an infinite number. Worlds without end; some benevolent and life-giving, others filled with malice and hunger. Dark places where powers older than time lie, ravenous and waiting. Who are you in this vast multiverse, Mr. Strange?
