Good workout for people without mobility concerns. Allows an all-over body exercise regime. Kathy Smith has good energy to get viewers interested in physical activity. There are three 20-minute workouts: tone & firm; balance; and total energy, this is good to add variety to daily physical activity to avoid boredom in your exercise regime.
