If you're looking for something in this genre, check out "Yours, Mine and Ours" starring Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball instead, a film released in the same year. That's a much better choice. "With Six You Get Eggroll" is only notable from a historical perspective. It's Doris Day's last film before she moved to television, and it has small parts and cameos for actors who went on to much bigger things. The film records George Carlin's film debut, for example, as a waiter at a drive-in in the Valley that the starring couple frequents. We also get to see Jamie Farr and William Christopher together as hippies who hang out at the drive-in before they're together on TV in M*A*S*H as Cpl. Klinger and Father Mulcahy.
