I recently read the book: Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban, by J.K. Rowling. This is the third book in the series. It has to be my favourite book from the series. Third year at Hogwarts is more suspenseful and enjoyable. I really enjoyed this book because you get introduced to two of my favourite characters in the book. This book I found to be more mysterious than the others, I think that’s why I enjoyed this book a lot. I really liked Sirius Black because he cared a lot about Harry. Hermione’s character was portrayed as a stronger female lead in this book which I really enjoyed. In this book you're also introduced to new magical creatures. I love how J.K. Rowling describes her characters with flaws and insecurities, it makes them feel even more real, she also not only focuses on the plot but also the importance of what’s going on each of the characters lives. I’d recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy novels. I rate this book a 5/5. @peppapig of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the third novel of the Harry Potter series by award winning author J.K. Rowling. You can find it in the HPL or on the website under audio or eBooks. I would rate it 5/5. The book follows Harry Potter, a young wizard, in his third year at  Hogwarts (a "wizarding" school). Along with his friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, Harry investigates Sirius Black, an escaped prisoner from Azkaban (the wizard prison) believed to be one of Lord Voldemort's old allies. This is my favourite book out of the series. The plot is extremely interesting a takes the reader on an emotional roller-coaster that keeps them reading until they can finally get a sigh of relief at the end of the book. The three main characters are extremely relatable, except for the fact that they can reform magic (a trait that we all envy). This makes the trio all the more interesting as they are constantly going on adventures and avoiding death and disaster. I would recommend this novel to young readers that enjoy fictional, coming of age novels with a hint of adventure. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is a marvellous novel that deserves its worldwide popularity. @LuLuD of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the third instalment in the Harry Potter series. Now after a long summer, Harry is back at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, with his best friends Ron and Hermione. But, secret and mysterious things are happening in the wizarding world. JK Rowling's characters are funny, and realistic. One of the greatest things about the Harry Potter series, is that they improve with each book, and you can see how the characters mature over the years. I would recommend this book to ages 10+ and to no one's surprise, I give Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban 5/5 stars! @GymGirl of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Liibrary Although the third book in the series is my least favourite, I still enjoyed it a lot. During Harry potter’s return for his third year of education, they learn about an escape from Azkaban, a prison that has never seen a breakout – causing many to take massive precautions. While reading, readers will experience plot twist after plot twist, as does Harry Potter while revealing secrets of his family’s past and the intentions of this prisoner. I recommend this book to anyone looking to experience a thrilling adventure, and of course, strongly suggest reading the first two books before reading this book. @bookreviewer888 of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
